Cancellations and access

Users may cancel a renewing plan through the billing portal and retain access through the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not erase question history, flashcards, or saved progress.

Because a no-card trial is available, ordinary partial-term use is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Billing errors and refund review

Accidental duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and verified technical billing errors will be reviewed promptly. Refund requests should include the account email, charge date, plan, and reason for review—never payment-card numbers or patient information.
